D365 CE & Power Platform Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Support and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, Azure integrations, and related solutions.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Coordinate system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments while maintaining operational continuity.
• Apply solution lifecycle management practices, including DevOps, ALM, and CI/CD processes.
• Work with business stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and resolve incidents.

Requirements

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM in a technical or functional role.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE and working with Dataverse.
• Experience with at least one Dynamics 365 CE module: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.
• Microsoft PL-200 certification.
• Experience troubleshooting and updating plugins and JavaScript.
• Exposure to DevOps, ALM processes, and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.

Nice to have

• Additional Microsoft certifications.
• Knowledge of SQL, data migration, or reporting tools.
• Experience with Azure services, APIs, or PowerShell scripting.
