Group Product Manager (Online Donations)

Hello LinkedIn! We’re hiring a Group Product Manager, Online Donations at 🚀

This is a player-coach role. About 70% of it is hands-on: you’ll shape the strategic roadmap for the whole product line and write the specs for initiatives that span several products and teams. The other 30% is leading a team of 3-4 PMs, so they get sharper and need you less over time.

Online Donations is the part of Fundraise Up that donors actually touch: Checkout Modal & Elements, Campaign Pages and Gift Cart. It’s where nonprofit revenue is won or lost, one checkout at a time, and a big share of next year’s growth runs through it.

We’re looking for someone who’s owned a checkout or conversion funnel where one bad release can cost millions. You’ve managed PMs for a few years and still write specs yourself. You’ve also built products for international users, not just one local market – ideally with time on the US market.

You’ll lead a Russian-speaking team and work closely with English-speaking leadership and stakeholders, so fluent Russian and strong English (C1+) are both a must.
