Product Manager – Mobile & Multi-Location POS

Location: Minsk, Belarus. Hybrid work from an NRS office three days per week; onsite and remote work opportunities are also mentioned.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for mobile merchant experiences and multi-location POS capabilities, from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration.
• Work with merchants and staff to understand workflows, operational pain points, and unmet needs.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, onboarding, and support to deliver scalable features and drive adoption.
• Prioritize the roadmap using customer insights, market trends, analytics, and business objectives.
• Define product metrics, analyze competitive offerings, and improve product performance and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products.
• 5+ years of experience leading mobile features and experiences.
• Experience building products for SMB or consumer-oriented users, with strong usability and operational simplicity.
• Strong product discovery, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences and operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work hybrid from an NRS office three days per week in Minsk.

Nice to have

• Experience in the POS space.
• Familiarity with ordering, payments, inventory management, or loyalty products.
