Product Manager - Payment Success

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for payment success.
• Own the end-to-end payment creation and submission experience, including payment rules, routing, and processing.
• Build and improve client-facing payment tracking and real-time status visibility.
• Use transaction-level data and product performance metrics to identify friction, diagnose issues, and prioritize features and fixes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders to deliver compliant, client-centric payment improvements.
• Act as the accountable owner for payment experiences and support regional expansion.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or improving payment products.
• Strong ownership of product roadmaps and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Strong data-driven approach, including experience analyzing transaction-level data and measuring processing performance.
• Technical depth sufficient to understand system constraints and work effectively with engineers.
• Experience applying AI or machine learning to payment optimization, such as routing, failure prediction, delivery-time prediction, or processing efficiency.
• Ability to work in the jurisdiction where the role is based and meet the applicable right-to-work requirements.
