Product Owner (Tax & Accounting)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain, with 8 office days per month; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and timelines.
• Conduct market and user research to inform product features and strategy.
• Define and document product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with design, development, Backoffice, customer support, and sales teams to align products.
• Monitor product performance, manage minor feature enhancements, coordinate beta testing, and gather user feedback.
• Support product launches, post-launch activities, strategic planning, and product risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting and tax.
• Proficiency in defining and documenting complex product needs through advanced requirements analysis.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to drive product strategy.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed product roadmaps.
• Skill in interpreting and using data for informed decision-making.
• Basic proficiency in UX/UI design principles and user experience.
• Ability to manage tasks and milestones using project management tools.
• Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements and constraints effectively.
