Lead Product Manager - International

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with a minimum of two days per week in the Poblenou office on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

Salary: €75,000–€85,000 gross for the first year in the greater Barcelona area, plus a long-term incentive plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive product strategy and business growth across hirify.global’s international markets.
• Improve the booking experience that connects pet parents with sitters.
• Experiment with significant product and business model changes rather than incremental optimizations.
• Build and execute roadmaps aligned with team charters and company goals.
• Analyze customer feedback and product data from qualitative and quantitative sources.
• Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver exceptional product experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building zero-to-one products, markets, or business lines in a scaled organization.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel or Google Sheets and product analytics tools such as Amplitude and Mode.
• Ability to write SQL is advantageous.
• Experience running experiments, presenting data-driven recommendations, and driving measurable business impact.
• Strong bias toward action and ability to work effectively with Design and Engineering.
