Clinical Implementation Specialist UK (Acute Care Technology)

Location: Remote in the UK, ideally based in the South of the UK; travel up to 80%, mainly in the UK and occasionally in Europe.

hirify.global's Acute Care Technology division develops lifesaving products and software solutions for EMS, hospitals, public safety, and military customers, including AEDs, trauma kits, ventilators, and temperature management solutions.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, and execute educational and training events for customer accounts.
• Initiate and support in-servicing events for existing and new hospital accounts.
• Act as the clinical and technical product expert for ZOLL hospital products and discuss the chain of resuscitation.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process and communicate leads and account updates.
• Prepare additional materials to support sales and training.
• Advocate for improved patient outcomes in inpatient hospital settings and build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• RN, Paramedic, or RT qualification with 5+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree, BA or BS preferred.
• AHA Instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS preferred.
• Clinical education experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Additional European language skills, particularly French, Spanish, or Portuguese, are highly advantageous.
