Junior IT Analyst (Banking)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week from the office in Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Warsaw, Poland.

Rate: up to 80 PLN/h net on a B2B basis.

What you will do

• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements and drive change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Support the robustness, quality, scalability, and modernisation of applications for personal banking accounts and deposits.
• Deliver work according to scope, organisational standards, quality requirements, and timelines.
• Facilitate agile collaboration across business, IT, and external partners.
• Provide facilitation, coaching, and review to maximise customer value.
• Track developments and best practices in the field and contribute to innovative, simplified solutions.

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis, conceptual thinking, communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and independent work-planning skills.
• Business and data modelling skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, including complex system architecture and methods of communicating it.
• Business knowledge and experience in banking.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English.
• Self-organised and proactive approach to planning and organising work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Nordic bank.
• Knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) or other core banking systems.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
