What you will do

• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot technical issues reported by business users.
• Gather, analyze, and review business requirements for system enhancements and new functionality.
• Test new features in test environments and execute test scripts.
• Prepare and maintain user guides, procedures, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with business teams, developers, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver system improvements.
• Participate in Scrum events.

Requirements

• Fluent English at minimum B2 level.
• Student in at least the third year of studies.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Creative, proactive, collaborative, and motivated to learn and grow.
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00.
• MS Office skills and basic Agile knowledge.
