What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end prototypes, MVPs, and scalable components using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, including prompting, guardrails, agents, and chunking.
• Collaborate with domain experts, data scientists, software developers, and cloud experts to integrate solutions and deliver projects.
• Collect, preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Test and evaluate LLM-driven applications using LLM-as-a-judge approaches, metrics, traces, and user-satisfaction data, then propose improvements.
• Build and support GitLab CI/CD automation for RAG, automated evaluations, and resource deployment.
• Document and share technical knowledge, assess emerging AI technology risks, and contribute to workshops, presentations, and events.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles applied to Python and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning concepts and popular ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI techniques, including RAG, function calling, and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of DevOps and LLMOps tools and practices, including model serving, versioning, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, backend technologies, and databases, including FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with a major cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Motivation, curiosity, eagerness to explore technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, open to feedback, organized, and proactive, with the ability to balance innovation and delivery.
