Senior Associate - Transaction Services (Financial Advisory)

What you will do

• Support financial due diligence, lender due diligence, independent business reviews, valuations, and financial modelling projects.
• Analyse historic and forecast financial information, including weekly cash flows, and summarise findings in Excel tables and reports.
• Prepare sections of reports and financial models, identify potential issues, and escalate them to senior team members.
• Manage assigned workloads, provide day-to-day engagement support, attend client meetings, and assist with client take-on and risk processes.
• Support business development through networking, market research, proposal preparation, and marketing activities.
• Maintain high-quality, compliant client files and deliverables while following AML, risk management, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or about to qualify.
• Good experience in financial analysis and data or model interrogation.
• Strong Excel skills for data and model interrogation.
• Strong numerical and financial skills based on a good understanding of financial statements.
• Some client-facing experience.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to demanding timetables.
• Enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships.
