What you will do

• Own the Salesforce architecture, platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Design, configure, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead customization across workflows, flows, automation, security, data management, and platform enhancements.
• Develop custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Support integrations with third-party and enterprise applications while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Partner with administrators, business stakeholders, executives, and business analysts; provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce architecture.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience with enterprise-scale solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governance.
• Ability to lead platform strategy discussions and work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Architect certifications.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and integrations with ERP or marketing automation platforms.
• Experience leading Salesforce transformation or modernization initiatives.
