Equipment Design Engineer (Automation)

Location: Stäfa, Switzerland; full-time, with part-time possible and flexible working hours depending on the role, including an opportunity to work from home.

What you will do

• Develop equipment and special-purpose machinery for assembly, testing, and calibration.
• Shape the next generation of machinery and calibration platforms.
• Drive industrialization projects from initial concept through production launch.
• Advance technical standards and foster knowledge sharing across the team.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, product and process development, and production.

Requirements

• At least B2 German proficiency.
• An Engineering degree from an FH or ETH.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Experience in equipment development and special-purpose machinery.
• Enthusiasm for automation technology and new technical challenges.
• Initiative, teamwork, a hands-on mindset, and drive to create.
