Senior AI Architect | Enterprise AI & Agentic Systems

What you will do

• Design scalable AI architecture for applications across the organisation.
• Build and prototype AI systems, including data pipelines, retrieval architectures, model integration, and agent orchestration.
• Develop APIs and integration patterns for AI capabilities across products and internal systems.
• Contribute to model selection, evaluation, governance, and AI model strategy.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure system quality, reliability, and safety.
• Embed security, compliance, auditability, architectural standards, and technical best practices into AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or AI Architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI systems end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architecture, including data pipelines, retrieval systems, model integration, and deployment.
• Experience building software in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and auditability.
• Experience contributing to architectural decisions and technical standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, digital identity, or fraud detection.
• Experience with AI agents, LLM orchestration, or agentic AI architecture.
• Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and production model monitoring.
• Knowledge of data protection and financial services regulations.
