Working Student (f/m/d) - Portfolio Management

What you will do

• Maintain, structure, and validate portfolio data to improve accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Coordinate with project and product managers to update missing or outdated technical and commercial information.
• Create and update standardized portfolio reports, dashboards, and pre-read materials using Power BI and Excel.
• Maintain digital collaboration structures in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and Jira.
• Support reporting standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and follow up on portfolio meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, Economics, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in project support, commercial analysis, data analytics, or portfolio management.
• Availability for up to 20 hours per week and commitment to a 12-month fixed-term position.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, including data quality assurance, validation, financial tracking, and portfolio reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, and Microsoft Planner.
• Fluent English required; additional German language skills are preferred.
