Commercial Legal Counsel (Gaming)

What you will do

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements covering licensing, development, publishing, distribution, technology, SaaS, professional services, and confidentiality.
• Support complex commercial transactions, licensing arrangements, and strategic partnerships through legal analysis, drafting, and negotiations.
• Provide practical legal advice to business development, product, marketing, HR, and finance teams.
• Advise on intellectual property rights, contractual liabilities, commercial matters, and legal risks.
• Coordinate with external counsel on intellectual property, privacy, regulatory, and other specialized legal matters.
• Help develop and implement internal legal processes, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• LL.B. degree and admission to the Israeli Bar.
• 3–6 years of relevant commercial law experience, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong commercial judgment with a practical and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in IP licensing, brand partnerships, gaming, or technology.
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection regulations.
