Compliance & Commercial Legal Counsel

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

What you will do

• Own day-to-day commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, insertion orders, influencer agreements, and data processing agreements.
• Manage compliance operations such as DPIAs, KYC processes, privacy reviews, and compliance questionnaires.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement procedures covering GDPR, DSA, COPPA, OFAC, and AI regulation.
• Maintain and improve legal policies, templates, playbooks, and internal guidance.
• Support business teams through legal training, check-ins, and an efficient legal intake process.
• Use AI tools for legal drafting, reviews, and operational workflows while helping improve those tools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of legal experience, ideally including ownership of compliance workstreams.
• LLB or equivalent law degree and relevant legal qualification.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of privacy and technology regulation, particularly GDPR.
• Experience in-house, on secondment, or at a law firm supporting fast-moving technology companies.
• Confidence using AI tools in everyday legal work, with strong ownership, prioritization, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DSA and COPPA regulations.
• Experience in gaming, adtech, payments, fintech, or other technology-driven environments.
