Legal Counsel – Capital Market (Defense-Tech)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

hirify.global is an Israeli defense-tech company listed on the NYSE and develops autonomous drone systems.

What you will do

• Prepare and support SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings.
• Work with management and external U.S. counsel on securities reporting matters.
• Support SOX processes, internal controls, and legal coordination with the CFO and finance team.
• Prepare Board of Directors and committee materials, resolutions, and minutes, and manage corporate secretarial work.
• Manage corporate governance across U.S. and other group subsidiaries.
• Support equity plans, commercial agreements, and ongoing legal matters.

Requirements

• Attorney with 4–7 years of experience.
• Experience in capital markets or securities at a leading law firm or public company.
• Experience with SEC reporting and U.S.-listed companies on the NYSE or Nasdaq.
• Native-level English, including legal drafting.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Nice to have

• U.S. bar admission.
• Familiarity with the defense sector or regulated industries, including export control and DECA.
• Experience working within a multinational group.
