Regulatory Affairs Lead (Drone Delivery)

What you will do

• Review, interpret, and monitor aviation regulations, standards, and policy developments.
• Support and lead regulatory approval efforts with aviation authorities and relevant organizations.
• Assess the impact of regulatory requirements on operations, products, and processes.
• Prepare and manage manuals, position papers, internal guidance, filings, presentations, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and management teams to implement compliant procedures.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, applications, permits, and other agency documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, regulatory affairs, aviation, public policy, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, legal advisory, or a related role in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks, compliance processes, or regulatory agencies.
• Native-level English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into clear, practical guidance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or the drone industry.
• Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation-related standards.
• Experience supporting certification, approvals, licensing, or similar regulatory processes.
