Regular / Senior Full Stack Engineer (Game Development)

Location: Katowice, Poland; office-first hybrid model with three days in the office and up to two days of remote work per week. Core hours are 10:00–15:00.

Salary: 9,000–23,000 PLN gross per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain internal web tools, including dashboards, admin panels, server build management, and utilities.
• Develop backend services and REST APIs, including PlayFab and AWS integrations.
• Design and maintain databases, containerize applications, and operate Linux hosts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write Python and C# scripts to automate work around game servers and online services.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and build AI-assisted features into internal tools where valuable.
• Build dashboards and alerts, support developers with tool and service issues, and collaborate on the PlayFab-to-AWS migration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack, backend, or tools engineer.
• Experience building and shipping small web applications end-to-end, from backend and database to a simple frontend.
• Good knowledge of Python or C#/.NET for backend development and scripting.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL.
• Comfort working with Linux and the terminal.
• Practical daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor, plus a basic understanding of LLM use in tools and automation.
• Experience deploying and running applications with Docker and basic CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication with various stakeholders, and English proficiency at B2 level or higher in speaking and writing.

Nice to have

• Experience in game development or with dedicated game servers.
• Experience with PlayFab and/or AWS APIs and SDKs.
• Monitoring and alerting knowledge with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Perforce, and Unreal Engine build workflows.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, analytics, data pipelines, microservices, or container orchestration.
• Experience with authentication/SSO for internal applications, such as Microsoft Entra ID.
• Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge with tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
