IT System Support Analyst (SAP Finance Digital Core)

Location: 6750 Building, Ayala, Makati City, Philippines; onsite role.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues across existing software solutions.
• Work with Business Partners to gather business requirements and map them to SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP software to meet business needs and resolve issues.
• Develop technical expertise in SAP ABAP code analysis and low-code development, SAP Security, continuous integration, and automation.
• Work with developers to design, code, and implement custom or complex solutions.
• Deploy solutions to production environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 4–5 years of SAP application operations support and project implementation experience in Finance/Controlling, including General Ledger, Intercompany, and/or Project Accounting/Asset Management.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is required.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer focus and results orientation.
• Experience collaborating with global teams in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP code development and other programming languages.
• Good foundation in IT service management and Agile processes and tools.
