Manager, SAP VIM

Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines; 5-day work onsite model, with shifts predominantly aligned to US business hours.

What you will do

• Lead and grow a specialized SAP VIM consulting practice.
• Manage functional and technical consultants while driving delivery quality and operational performance.
• Act as a leadership, coaching, and escalation point for complex SAP VIM challenges.
• Partner with senior leaders, solution architects, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize resource utilization and improve delivery processes through automation and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop SAP VIM professionals and support the growth of the practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• 7+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years with SAP VIM by hirify.global.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay, SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes.
• Experience with hirify.global solutions such as OCC, ICC, or IES.
• Strong coaching, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Availability to work any shifts, predominantly US business hours, in a 5-day onsite model.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or cloud-based hirify.global solutions.
