Product Manager On-Ramp & Swap (Fintech)

Location: 100% remote within the United Kingdom, including Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon

What you will do

• Define and own the strategy and roadmap for fiat on-ramps, card payments, local payment methods and token-to-token swaps into USDT and XAUT.
• Map payment methods, card schemes, bank and instant-payment rails, mobile money, local regulations and active providers across target markets.
• Evaluate, select and onboard on-ramp and swap partners, coordinating due diligence, commercial terms and contracts with Legal, Compliance and Business Development.
• Translate partner capabilities and APIs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and deliver the in-app experience with engineering and design.
• Define routing logic based on country, currency, amount, price and availability to offer users the best available payment option.
• Track and optimize conversion, approval rates, KYC drop-off, total user cost, volume, partner performance and incidents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in banking, payments, financial services or FinTech.
• 3+ years of product management experience in DeFi or crypto.
• Strong understanding of crypto wallets, token swaps, DEX aggregators and on-chain transaction flows.
• Strong knowledge of global payment systems, Visa and Mastercard schemes, authorization, 3-D Secure, chargebacks and local payment rails.
• Hands-on experience with fiat on-ramp, off-ramp or swap providers, or third-party payment integrations.
• Experience with partner evaluation, onboarding, KYC/AML, API documentation, funnel KPIs and data-driven optimization; excellent English communication skills.
