Junior Onboarding Specialist (Spanish Market)

What you will do

• Onboard new Spanish customers through video calls and email until the platform is fully implemented in their organizations.
• Configure customer accounts using a consultative approach and deliver a customized implementation experience.
• Understand customer problems, needs, processes, and market specifics.
• Gather customer feedback and share product improvement opportunities with the Product team.
• Help ensure customers fully activate and use the platform while improving the customer journey.

Requirements

• Proactivity in ensuring accounts are fully activated and customers have a strong implementation experience.
• Ability to learn software quickly and stay up to date with product updates.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds for unexpected customer requests.
• Good analytical skills to understand Spanish-market specificities and translate insights into information for the Product team.
• Proficient Spanish is required.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Owner, or in Client Success.
• Knowledge of Human Resources.
