Associate Processing Services Analyst (eDiscovery)

Location: Remote from Poland; current residence in Poland and authorization to work for any employer in Poland are required. Two shift options: Tuesday–Saturday, 13:00–22:00, or Monday–Friday, 20:00–04:00.

Salary: 6,000–6,250 PLN per month, or up to 75,000 PLN annually; an annual discretionary bonus may apply.

What you will do

• Support the full electronic discovery reference model lifecycle, including data ingestion, processing, quality control, document production, and document review projects.
• Learn and use DMX Swarm, hirify.global Discovery, Relativity, NUIX, and eDiscovery and data recovery processes.
• Stage and process client data in multiple file formats.
• Perform quality control for data extraction, text, native files, and images.
• Troubleshoot data issues, research software and techniques, and perform complex data filtering tasks with team members.
• Provide software improvement feedback, support user acceptance testing, deliver data extraction expertise, and collaborate with other departments.
