Animation Production Manager

Location: Hybrid in London, England, United Kingdom; candidates must be based in London or able to work from the London studio at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Oversee animation production pipelines from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, budgeted, and high-quality execution.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, resource plans, and production tracking systems.
• Coordinate producers, directors, creative leads, and teams across multiple departments.
• Manage client meetings, feedback, project impacts, crew workloads, software, and other production resources.
• Resolve production challenges, maintain clear communication under pressure, and support collaborative workflows.
• Update budgets, manage invoicing, and support onboarding and offboarding of team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing animation production for commercials and/or CG projects, with a strong understanding of animation workflows and processes.
• Strong team management experience coordinating teams across multiple departments.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients and teams.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with ShotGrid, formerly Shotgun, and other animation production software.
