Senior Producer (Mobile Action Game)

What you will do

• Plan, cost, and deliver core UX, UI, and systems features for a new mobile free-to-play action game.
• Coordinate cross-game feature development with wider game groups to maintain alignment and cohesion.
• Report progress, risks, and successes to production and leadership groups.
• Enable iterative development by creating practical plans and securing stakeholder buy-in.
• Support multidisciplinary teams with clear goals, feasible deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Proven production experience with at least one shipped game.
• Strong organization, communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to identify and communicate risks and prepare mitigation plans.
• Ability to set clear goals and define feasible deliverables for cross-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro, including automations, workflows, and repeatable processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with a wide variety of game genres, especially action RPGs.
• Knowledge of UX/UI pipelines.
• Production experience in mobile game development.
