Lead Producer (MMORPG)

Location: Hybrid role based in Cambridge, UK, with travel into the Cambridge office required when needed.

What you will do

• Lead delivery across multiple concurrent RuneScape projects, owning planning, scheduling, risk management, and roadmap visibility.
• Line-manage a small team of producers through one-to-ones, coaching, performance feedback, and development support.
• Identify and mitigate strategic risks by creating contingency plans, scenario models, and dependency management approaches.
• Establish and refine production processes and methodologies across departments and stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder updates, planning sessions, team alignment, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Remove blockers and maintain clarity, collaboration, accountability, and delivery momentum.

Requirements

• Proven experience in games production and delivery leadership at senior or lead level.
• Recent hands-on producer delivery experience combined with line management responsibility.
• Experience coaching, managing performance, and developing other producers.
• Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies and the judgement to adapt them to different situations.
• Advanced risk management skills, including scenario planning, dependency management, and communicating complex delivery issues to senior stakeholders.

• Experience with live service or multiplayer games.
