Maintenance Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Windsor, Nova Scotia, Canada; onsite, full-time day shift

Salary: CAD 49,848–77,888 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

What you will do

• Identify, organize, maintain, and update equipment data, technical documentation, and records in the CMMS.
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including production timing, quantities, customer delivery requirements, and inventory levels.
• Compile, validate, develop, and communicate production and shipment plans with cross-functional stakeholders and contract or original design manufacturers.
• Use ERP systems for inventory tracking, supplier scheduling, process management, and workflow management.
• Establish and manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate new product introduction, product transfers, and supply chain setup when assigned, including materials, labor, and test capacity for volume production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience for entry into this level.
• Post-graduate education, certification, and/or license may be required.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Quality Control, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Materials, Logistics, Service Part Organization, and Customer Service.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience with global or multi-site inventory management and factory support processes for indirect channels or worldwide customer escalations.
