Location: New Tecumseth, Ontario, Canada; onsite at 203 Dufferin St S, Alliston

Salary: CAD 105,000–CAD 115,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute logistics and materials management strategy across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while managing staffing, performance, succession planning, and departmental KPIs.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory management, procurement coordination, distribution, warehousing, carrier selection, routing, and freight optimization.
• Manage supply chain planning, order fulfillment, ERP, EDI, labeling, storage, transportation, and distribution network improvements.
• Ensure compliance with customs, international trade, CTPAT, PIP, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and health and safety requirements.
• Manage logistics budgets, cost control, CAPEX projects, external providers, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 5–7 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment and 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, international trade, customs regulations, and compliance programs.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, EDI, ASN platforms, courier systems, Microsoft Office, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is preferred; trade, compliance, TDG, WHMIS, forklift, overhead crane, and aerial platform certifications may be required or considered assets.
