Order Fulfillment Planner

Location: Bolton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 63,000–73,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan and execute customer order fulfillment to meet service-level requirements and fulfillment KPIs.
• Review customer demand and available stock to create fulfillment plans.
• Forecast refurbishment requirements for returned rental materials and coordinate with service teams.
• Create and validate inter-warehouse transfers to maintain appropriate inventory coverage.
• Monitor order progress through daily PSD and Clearview reporting and update shipment commitments.
• Identify supply–demand gaps, optimize regional inventory, and provide fulfillment updates to Customer Service.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent exhirify.globalence.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Exhirify.globalence with various ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt priorities and develop and execute fulfillment strategies.

Nice to have

• Previous exhirify.globalence in a rental or construction business.
