Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support the Manufacturing Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling and prioritization.
• Coordinate human and material resources with manufacturing and planning teams to meet shipment requirements.
• Supervise and develop manufacturing employees, including training, feedback, performance reviews, coaching, and counseling.
• Monitor production status, quality concerns, risks, safety, delivery, and efficiency across assigned work areas.
• Lead tiered accountability meetings and resolve operational and employee-relations issues.
• Collaborate with technical staff on process improvements, new process development, and implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• College or university degree in operations management or a related field.
• Experience with an MRP system, production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and work-order creation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and production planning, scheduling, and forecasting principles.
• Experience leading teams and resolving conflicts in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Lean continuous improvement or Six Sigma experience, including Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification.
