Legal Counsel (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; hybrid work with 2 recommended office days per week.

Gross monthly salary: €4,042–€5,942.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day legal support to hirify.global Pay’s licensed entities and local teams in Lithuania, Luxembourg, and the UK.
• Advise Product and Engineering on new features, launches, legal risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Prepare and maintain user terms, legal documentation, and localized wording in user flows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into business actions.
• Coordinate legal projects with Legal, Compliance, product, engineering, and local entity stakeholders.

Requirements

• Very strong legal background in payments, fintech, EMI, PSP, marketplace law, or regulated financial services.
• Experience working with regulated payments; marketplace payments experience is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across teams, entities, and countries.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded approach and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
