TL;DR
Corporate Legal Counsel (Corporate Governance/Compliance): Leading corporate legal initiatives, governance processes, entity management, and regulatory compliance across Hostinger subsidiaries with an accent on reorganizations, board and shareholder matters, and cross-functional legal support. Focus on drafting intragroup agreements, reviewing operational contracts, assessing legal risk, and improving corporate legal documentation and processes.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: from €4,700 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

  • Lead or support corporate legal initiatives, including group structure reorganizations and other strategic projects.
  • Manage board resolutions, meeting minutes, shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings across subsidiaries.
  • Support subsidiary setup, entity management, KYC processes, audits, and corporate compliance.
  • Draft and review intragroup agreements and operational contracts covering legal services, audits, events, and office management.
  • Collaborate with legal leadership, finance, business operations, external advisors, and other stakeholders.
  • Build the corporate legal knowledge base and improve document and contract management processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of post-graduation legal experience.
  • Experience combining in-house and law firm work, with strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Proven experience with governance, reorganization projects, or corporate regulatory matters.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, legal risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to provide clear legal guidance, prioritize work, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.

  • International legal experience.
  • Experience managing and reviewing contracts related to company operations.
