Legal Counsel (AI & Legal Tech)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and close software, technology, marketing, advertising, intragroup, and vendor agreements.
• Advise product, marketing, and business teams on intellectual property, advertising, consumer regulation, and other legal matters.
• Assess legal risks and provide clear, commercially practical guidance in ambiguous situations.
• Support cross-functional and international projects contributing to business growth.
• Build scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, contract management systems, and a knowledge base.
• Use AI tools and legal tech to automate and streamline legal processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) and at least 5 years of legal experience after graduation.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Strong legal risk assessment, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate complex legal language into clear, actionable business guidance.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

• Experience with intellectual property, patents, marketing, or advertising matters.
