Salary: from EUR 7,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Lead, develop, and continuously improve the Compliance team and its operating effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with the Bank of Lithuania and other regulatory authorities.
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor regulatory developments, assess compliance risks, and coordinate remediation activities.
- Advise business leaders on compliant processes and practical, risk-based solutions supporting business growth.
- Oversee compliance monitoring, regulatory reviews, audits, Board reporting, training, and cooperation with external advisors.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of managerial Compliance experience in the financial services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Lithuanian and EU regulatory frameworks applicable to financial institutions.
- Experience developing compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls, as well as working with regulatory authorities, ideally the Bank of Lithuania.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, written and spoken.
