Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Coordinator (Student Support and Wellbeing)

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

Salary: £33,002–£36,636 pro rata per annum, depending on relevant experience.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate a team delivering frontline student support and wellbeing services.
• Support students with a range of issues and signpost them to appropriate University services.
• Coordinate mitigating circumstances, fitness to study and student engagement monitoring processes.
• Act as Disability Coordinator for the School and work with the Disability Advisory and Support Service.
• Build effective relationships with academic and professional services colleagues across the University.
• Use data and insight to improve service delivery and support a student-centred culture.

Requirements

• Experience in student support, student administration, higher education or a comparable customer-focused environment.
• Experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• A compassionate and professional approach to sensitive student matters.
• Strong digital skills and confidence working with systems and data.
