BI System Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Own the business definitions, logic, and data models behind core dashboards and KPIs.
• Design data solutions with Data Engineering, including table specifications, aggregation logic, source-to-target mappings, and data dictionaries.
• Translate business questions and new requirements into solution designs, detailed documentation, and Jira stories with acceptance criteria.
• Lead projects end-to-end from scoping and planning through stakeholder reviews, engineering delivery, and rollout.
• Identify recurring data and reporting issues and establish principles, policies, and processes for data usage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a BI System Analyst, Data Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience translating business requirements into solutions and writing design documentation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools.
• Understanding of databases, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, data flows, and BI concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in global organizations and multi-customer environments.
• Background in gaming, mobile, B2C, or data platform companies.
