Business Intelligence Analyst (Trading)

What you will do

• Execute and implement global Business Planning & Analysis initiatives within strategic company projects.
• Develop and maintain databases, improve and automate ETL processes using Python, JSON, and Qlik.
• Build and maintain business intelligence reports in line with business requirements.
• Manage the data and reporting pipeline from development through production.
• Partner with Trading, Finance, Mid Office, HR, and other departments to identify requirements and deliver analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Sydney, Amsterdam, and Chicago offices on global reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong commercial experience with Python; PyCharm experience is preferred.
• Experience developing business reporting applications with Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Qlik Sense.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database development, ETL, and reporting workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.

• Experience with Git and JIRA.
• Interest in or exposure to finance processes.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
