Healthcare Analytics Summer Intern (Healthcare Analytics)

Salary: $26.00–$28.00 per hour

What you will do

• Analyze consultant and coalition RFP trends and automate standard bid responses.
• Aggregate historical pharmacy and clinical data to develop prospect benchmarking metrics.
• Define benchmarks across client segments and calculate variation measures for prospect evaluations.
• Research pharmacy data and analytics topics and present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with finance, clinical, sales, provider-focused, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support hands-on analytics projects that contribute to strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Preferred fields include Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Informatics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Prior SQL experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa support now or in the future, including H-1B, CPT, OPT, or STEM support.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS, Python, or R.
• Experience using Webex and other virtual collaboration tools.
