Graduate Leadership Programme

Location: Crewe, Cheshire, United Kingdom — in-office, Monday to Friday. The programme also requires willingness to relocate and work in hirify.global locations across the globe during and after the programme.

Salary: £30,000 per annum plus benefits and incentives.

What you will do

• Rotate through six business functions, including operations, account management, customer service, sales, marketing, technology and product, data analytics, and business intelligence.
• Own projects and process improvements from planning through delivery.
• Identify practical ways to improve efficiency and business operations.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and respond to questions.
• Collaborate across departments and build relationships within hirify.global’s global network.
• Represent hirify.global at university careers fairs and graduate events while mentoring future programme participants.

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time in the Crewe office, Monday to Friday, from September 2027.
• Willingness to relocate and work in hirify.global locations across the globe during and after the programme.
• A 2:1 degree or above, or equivalent, in any discipline, achieved or expected.
• Graduation in 2027 or earlier, with availability to start in September 2027.
• Evidence of problem-solving, ownership, teamwork, rapid learning, and resilience.
• Ambition to lead alongside the humility to learn from others.

Nice to have

• Internship, placement, part-time job, or other work experience.
• Participation in sports clubs, societies, volunteering, or leadership activities.
• Ability to speak or write a language other than English.

Hiring process

• Psychometric assessment and telephone interview.
• Assessment centre, competency interviews, and final interview with the Executive Chairman.
• Assessment centres run from December 2026 through July 2027; the programme starts in September 2027.
