Third-Party Risk Management Analyst

What you will do

• Support the implementation and operation of third-party risk management policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
• Coordinate supplier segmentation, materiality and criticality assessments, risk assessments, and due diligence.
• Monitor supplier risks, assurance activity, remediation actions, and incidents throughout the supplier lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate supplier risk records, actions, and decisions in third-party risk management systems.
• Produce management information, dashboards, and reports for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Coordinate governance, audit, and assurance actions while tracking progress and escalating overdue activities.

Requirements

• Experience in third-party risk management, supplier management, procurement, compliance, operational resilience, or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating supplier risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.
• Understanding of third-party risk management principles, supplier lifecycles, risk assessments, and control frameworks.
• Understanding of relevant financial services regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating actions, issues, or remediation activities through to completion.
• Strong organisational, reporting, prioritisation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
