Incentive Compensation System Specialist (AI/ICM)

Location: London, City of London, United Kingdom

Salary: Kč772,500–Kč1,081,500 total cash annually, with potential pay up to Kč1,236,000 based on sustained performance. The stated compensation range is for Prague.

What you will do

• Configure incentive compensation management plans, calculation logic, business rules, enhancements, and platform changes.
• Design and maintain data integrations from HR, attainment, and operational sources, monitoring loads and resolving data-quality issues.
• Create test plans, test cases, regression coverage, release evidence, and post-release validation for configuration changes.
• Support payout and accrual cycles by triaging production incidents, investigating calculation errors, and coordinating vendor fixes and releases.
• Manage platform access, licensing, backlog priorities, dependencies, estimates, and delivery risks.
• Document data flows, configuration decisions, controls, operating procedures, and audit requirements while using approved AI tools with human review.

Requirements

• Four or more years of hands-on programming, configuration, or technical administration in an ICM platform such as Captivate IQ, SAP Callidus Commissions, Varicent, or a comparable platform.
• Experience configuring calculation logic, testing plan changes, troubleshooting defects, and supporting production releases.
• Strong SQL skills and experience integrating, validating, or reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Experience creating structured test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression coverage.
• Ability to translate incentive-plan requirements and business rules into robust technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and prioritization skills across Operations, Analytics, HR, Finance, IT, and vendor teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sales incentive plans, pay cycles, accruals, attainment data, and terms and conditions.
• Experience with Workday, Querybook, Tableau, JIRA, or comparable tools.
• Experience applying AI to ICM configuration, test design, regression analysis, defect triage, and technical documentation.
• Experience with SOX, audit, access-control, or governance requirements for compensation or financial-technology systems.
