What you will do

• Lead corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, and internal consulting initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to define organizational vision, strategic priorities, and long-term growth objectives.
• Develop mid- and long-range business plans across company segments.
• Lead acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture activities, including pipeline development, target evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, deal structuring, and transaction execution.
• Build strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare market, competitive, operational, and financial analyses, business plans, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Typically a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience or a degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; equivalent training or experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting corporate strategy, strategic planning, business development, M&A, joint ventures, or internal consulting.
• Ability to conduct due diligence, financial analysis, business planning, and executive-level presentations.
• Must work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree, preferably an MBA.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, or mergers and acquisitions.
