Part-Time Field Marketer (AI)

Location: Remote; requires international travel to conferences and events, with flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Represent Nova at international conferences approximately once a month or more and connect with enterprise prospects and customers.
• Host gatherings, welcome guests, facilitate introductions, and build community around the brand.
• Develop creative stunts, activations, and experiences that attract attention and spark meaningful conversations.
• Plan and execute conference logistics, programming, product showcases, and on-site activities.
• Create tailored content and on-camera material explaining Nova's features for different enterprise audiences.
• Partner with sales to capture insights, coordinate follow-up, and turn event relationships into opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience organizing communities and bringing people together.
• Comfort approaching new people, speaking to groups, and building relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Creative, resourceful, organized, and dependable, with the ability to adapt when plans change.
• Willingness to learn about AI and explain technical products clearly.
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment without a fully established playbook.
• Availability for international travel and flexible event-based hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and running conferences, events, or brand activations.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially German.
• Experience creating content, presenting on camera, or demonstrating products.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology, AI, or the SAP ecosystem.
