Senior Network Engineer

What you will do

• Test, evaluate, build, and mature enterprise network technology tools across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership for infrastructure projects, driving tasks, deliverables, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Monitor and maintain network technology components, software, server resources, processes, logs, backups, performance, and capacity.
• Drive vulnerability management, security administration, account management, technology reviews, and security procedures.
• Provide Tier III support, troubleshoot incidents, repair and recover hardware or software failures, and optimize system resources.
• Collaborate with project management, architecture, application support, development teams, leadership, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in information security intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response, information technology, or intelligence.
• 5+ years of technical experience supporting on-premises and cloud networks in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience building, deploying, supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting network solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with network, infrastructure, and cloud security controls; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, JNCIE, Palo Alto, CWNA, CISSP, CCIE, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, or OCSA.
• Experience automating workflows, analysis, or integrations with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
