Treasury Manager, Global Treasury Operations (Crypto)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; other location: New York, New York, United States. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration expected 10+ days per month.

Annual base salary: $152,000–$190,000 USD for positions based in California. Equity, bonuses, and commissions are additional.

What you will do

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions, including payroll, tax, bank fees, treasury, AP, and corporate payments.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, intercompany settlements, and liquidity for wallet and funding obligations.
• Oversee daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, account configurations, bank feeds, and centralized bank data.
• Manage global bank and exchange accounts, KYC, signatories, user access, FBAR reporting, restricted accounts, and letters of credit.
• Execute stablecoin RLUSD treasury operations, OTC trading support, RPD operations, and digital asset funding.
• Support GTreasury implementation and AI, Jira, API, and automation initiatives while partnering with banks and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with a SaaS treasury management system such as GTreasury or Kyriba is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with in-office collaboration 10+ days per month in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CTP certification.
• Experience implementing or using GTreasury or Kyriba.
