Investor Relations Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY office with in-person attendance expected 3 days per week

Base pay: $136,000–$160,000 USD annually for Zone 1 locations; additional bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Manage quarterly earnings and monthly metrics reporting from end to end.
• Lead public disclosures, including earnings releases, presentations, monthly metrics, and new investor materials.
• Prepare the CEO and CFO for earnings calls, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
• Build relationships with buy-side investors, sell-side analysts, retail shareholders, and finance content creators.
• Lead investor meetings and events while synthesizing shareholder and analyst insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, and business teams across the investor relations program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CFA and/or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience at a public company, including hands-on investor relations experience.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and metrics analysis.
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to provide tactical and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build investment-community relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services and/or broker-dealers.
• CFA or MBA.
