What you will do

• Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for workforce center programs, ensuring contract compliance and performance attainment.
• Lead and coach the Workforce Center team and monitor regional performance goals.
• Plan and implement quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor cost-allocated budgets across multiple funding streams with the project accountant.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local workforce development regulations.
• Build relationships with the Board, workforce partners, employers, community organizations, and public stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a senior staff member in workforce development.
• Strong knowledge of fiscal operations and performance measurement.
• Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Top-level project management, organizational, personnel, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
