Property Security Coordinator

What you will do

• Administer the security guard workforce, including personnel records, work instructions, activity reviews, escalations, and contract-service compliance.
• Protect facility perimeters and buildings through patrols, operational plans, drills, and follow-up on access, lighting, and infrastructure findings.
• Manage CCTV operations, system access, camera functionality, recording reviews, shipment audit exercises, and annual system reviews with IT and management.
• Administer access-control software, visitor, contractor, supplier, and vehicle badges, as well as keys and access exceptions.
• Investigate security incidents and anomalies, define corrective actions, maintain records and statistics, and track resolution.
• Conduct internal security audits, support OEA and CTPAT profile development, and audit commercial partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar property-security role.
• Knowledge of C-TPAT standards and protection procedures.
• Technical proficiency with computers, radios, and CCTV systems.
• Experience with security operations, access control, contingency plans, incident investigations, and audits.

• Intermediate to advanced English.
